The Nothing Phone (3) is launching on July 1, and we have already seen official teasers showing its back design and new Glyph Metrix. But just a few days before the launch, a new leak has surfaced revealing almost everything about the phone’s hardware.
The leak comes from the X account @gadget_bits, and if the details are accurate, Nothing Phone (3) is getting a solid spec bump across the board.
According to the leak, the Phone (3) will feature a 6.7-inch 1.5K OLED LTPO display. The size remains the same as Phone (2), but the screen quality is likely better this time.
As confirmed earlier, the Phone (3) will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip. This is a new high-end chip from Qualcomm that promises flagship-level performance at a slightly lower cost. The phone will run Nothing OS 3.5 based on Android 15, bringing a refined UI and possibly some AI features. Carl Pei has already hinted at software-focused innovations, and this is where Nothing wants to stand out.
Nothing is going big with cameras. The leak says the phone will come with 50MP main camera, 50MP 3x periscope telephoto lens, and 50MP ultra-wide camera. On the front, there is a 50MP selfie camera. That is a clear jump from the 32MP selfie cam on the Phone (2). The addition of a periscope zoom lens is a major highlight, especially for a phone in this segment.
The leak mentions a 5150mAh battery with support for 100W fast charging. Wireless and reverse wireless charging are also included. This will be the first Nothing phone to offer such high-speed wired charging.
The leaked specs look impressive, and the addition of a periscope camera shows that Nothing is now aiming higher. With these leaked specs, the wait seems worth it. All eyes are now on July 1, when the company will officially reveal the Phone (3).
