TECNO has launched its new budget smartphone, the TECNO Spark Go 2, in India. This is the latest device in TECNO’s Go series and succeeds last year’s Spark Go model. The phone brings a high refresh rate display, stereo speakers, and Android 15 at a very affordable price.

The TECNO Spark Go 2 comes with a 6.67-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It also features a Dot-In notch for the selfie camera and supports the Dynamic Port feature for showing notifications around the front camera area.

The phone runs on Android 15 with HiOS 15 on top. TECNO promises up to 4 years of lag-free performance, thanks to software optimisations. It also comes with Ella AI, which supports voice commands in multiple Indian regional languages.

The Spark Go 2 is powered by the UniSoC T7250 Octa-Core processor, built on a 12nm process. It has 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM, with an additional 4GB of virtual RAM support. The phone comes with 64GB internal storage and storage is expandable via a microSD card.

The phone has a 13MP rear camera with an f/1.85 aperture and dual LED flash. On the front, it features an 8MP selfie camera with dual LED flash. This makes it a good option for selfies in low light.

The phone has DTS dual stereo speakers for an enhanced audio experience. It includes a 3.5mm headphone jack and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It also comes with an infrared sensor and supports No Network Communication, which allows critical alerts even when the network is unavailable.

Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n (2.4GHz), Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and USB Type-C. The phone packs a 5000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging.

The TECNO Spark Go 2 comes in Ink Black, Titanium Grey, Veil White, and Turquoise Green colours. It is also IP64 certified for dust and splash resistance.

The phone is priced at Rs. 6,999 for the single 4GB + 64GB variant and will be available starting July 1st via Flipkart.
